I have never left much feedback in my life. However in this case I feel I would be remiss if I failed to do so. I sent out requests and I got bombarded with salesmen. I was in a learning curve and a bit confused. This factor was elevated upon speaking with the sales rep, who was very genuine. Halfway through the process of investment I had some things develop that required me to cut my position in half until a further time.
